Decarabia, the sixty-ninth spirit of the Ars Goetia, is a Great Marquis who governs thirty legions.
He is depicted in grimoires as appearing first as a brilliant pentagram of light, then later taking on a human form.
This duality reflects his nature: at once a cosmic principle of hidden order and a practical spirit who works through objects of power: birds, stones, herbs, and talismans.
His presence is sharp, crystalline, and radiant. He can appear as a star of white fire surrounded by wheeling birds, or as a cloaked figure robed in blue-green light, his eyes like cut jewels.
Decarabia’s Powers
The traditional grimoires state that Decarabia reveals the virtues of birds, herbs, and precious stones. To a modern practitioner, this translates into practical applications:
- Enchantment of Objects: Decarabia charges rings, pendants, clothing, or even tools so they radiate influence. People will notice you, remember you, and feel inclined to treat you favorably.
- Aura and Magnetism: He teaches how to weave subtle fascination into your aura. This is not only attraction, but a magnetic field that makes others defer, trust, or admire you.
- Wealth and Opportunity: Just as he reveals the hidden virtues of gems, he unveils overlooked opportunities, neglected profits, and undervalued resources.
- Health and Restoration: Through herbs and natural remedies, Decarabia restores vitality, clears stagnant energy, and helps remove afflictions caused by imbalance.
- Vision and Divination: He sharpens astral sight, dream messages, and subtle impressions — providing clarity when divining the future or making strategic choices.
Where Bune brings wealth directly, Decarabia refines your personal tools and aura so that opportunities flow more naturally toward you.
Appearance and Atmosphere

When Decarabia arrives, the air becomes charged and crisp, as if before a storm. Objects may shimmer faintly, candles flicker.
Birds may appear or behave strangely if an outdoor summoning is performed. The sound of wings or star-like flashes in vision are also classic signs of his arrival.

Decarabia Ritual for Enchantement & Vision
This is a full ceremonial rite designed to enchant a vessel for magnetism and influence, while also opening the way for Decarabia to reveal hidden value in your life.

Preparatory Phase
- Day before ritual: Abstain from idle chatter, intoxication, or conflict. Sleep with a feather or polished stone under your pillow to align with his current.
- Altar: Face West. Green cloth with silver edge. Place Decarabia’s sigil at center.
- On the sigil: A feather, a polished stone, and the personal item you wish to enchant (ring, pendant, or tool).
- Other items: Two candles (green & silver), incense (rose + sandalwood), scrying mirror behind the altar, bowl of water with petals, and an athame.
Opening the Temple
- Draw a circle around the working space with chalk, cord, or consecrated salt.
- At each quarter, place:
- East – feather.
- South – candle flame.
- West – bowl of water.
- North – stone.
- Enter from the West, holding your chosen personal item, saying:
“By the wing, the flame, the leaf, and the stone, I consecrate this circle as the star of Decarabia.”
Light the incense and candles.
Invocation
Stand before the altar. Trace a glowing pentagram in the air with your athame above the sigil and say:
“Marquis Decarabia, radiant star, revealer of hidden virtues, I call you into this circle.
Descend in light, enter in brilliance.
Charge this vessel, reveal hidden treasure,
Let my aura shine, let unseen currents bend to my will.”
Chant his enn “Hoesta noc ra Decarabia secore” while staring at the sigil until it seems to shimmer or move.
Enchantment Sequence
- Feather: Lift it high, circle it clockwise above your head, then place it on the item. Say: “By wing and air, awaken its fascination.”
- Stone: Hold it against your chest. Breathe three times onto it, then place it on the item. Say: “By hidden fire, reveal its wealth.”
- Herb: Pass it three times through incense smoke, then wave it over the item. Say: “By leaf and scent, renew its vitality.”
Take your athame, point it toward the scrying mirror, and see the mirror glow faintly. Pass the personal item between mirror and sigil three times, linking it with astral light.
Visionary Channeling
Seat yourself before the mirror. Gaze into its depth and ask Decarabia to show you where hidden value lies in your life. Allow images, words, or impressions to form.
Sealing the Vessel
Hold the personal item with both hands. Whisper your petition into it (influence, wealth, attraction). Pass it through incense three times, then lay it on the sigil to absorb the charge.
Say: “As this item is carried, so let Decarabia’s virtue radiate in my life.”
License to Depart
Thank Decarabia respectfully:
“Marquis Decarabia, bearer of the star, revealer of hidden light – depart in peace, yet remain in influence in this enchanted vessel.”
Extinguish candles in reverse order and close the circle counterclockwise.
