I’m about to embark on a tour for my upcoming book, The Book of Astrological Returns – Your Complete Guide to Every Life Cycle from the Sun to Pluto. When your book launches, it’s important to support it with signing events and whatnot. So, off I go!
However, this isn’t the only reason I’m hitting the road. It’s a test. You might even say a “test drive.”
For part of my tour, I’ll take the train. The other part involves driving, which I have mixed feelings about. Truthfully, I have a lot of reservations about travel in general. While I used to adore trotting the globe, that’s changed. I prefer to stick close to my nest. I’ve always been an anxious flyer, but now? I won’t get on a plane. I’m not sure if I ever will again, although I long to visit Hawaii one again one day.
Also, public appearances are challenging for my introverted nature.
This mini tour will test my road skills and boundaries. Ultimately, it might determine how much travel, if any, I do in the future. Will I become a recluse? Perhaps. I’m pretty much living that (dream) now. By the time I finish my journeys, I’ll know where I stand, land, and what to plan.
So if you see me out and about, say hi. It might be the last time I’m traveling…for now.
